Something is coming on August 2, 2025.

And I am eager to share it with you.

If you don’t mind, let’s get to know each other a bit better. Hi, I’m A.M. Revere, but if you’d like, you can call me Merah. I am a Midwest-born Christian author with the aim to encourage with every written work. When not writing, I enjoy a plethora of interests such as graphic design, music, TV and movies, reading, and spending time with my favorite people. It’s wonderful to meet you, and I am so glad you’re here. :)

Now… It’s time to give you a little peek into what’s to come.

new and improved

It was 2023. My debut book had just been released, and so had my first blog. No mission statement existed quite yet. I had only a few posts put up, with a couple of short devotionals and a film review (which I hope to feature again). The introduction was a doozy. You inner core subscribers - Jesse, Lisa, Philip - may remember. It was quirky and a fun little season. However, the idea lacked purpose. Fast forward to 2024. For a few months, I created a Substack and steered towards short and punchy thought-provokers with a scripture or two squeezed inside.

One year later, life happened. I was ready to recreate what once was and get back into the swing of things. In came the lexicon logo and abbreviation, RHB. But this time, there was a mission included, which is still the same. However, in the past couple of months, something still felt flat.

I asked the Lord what was going on. And almost immediately, I felt the Heavenly Father impressing upon me to dig deeper for something more. During my time with the Heavenly Father one morning, the inspiration to create resurfaced. And now, 2025, here we are. It’s time to begin again.

The Merahgold, our new and improved blog, is set to launch on Saturday, August 2, 2025.

You’ll hear from me every first Saturday of the month. It’s in only THREE months, it’s coming up soon!

Here’s what you’ll expect to see:

1. Our main focus is monthly encouragement. So, with each post, we will be finding God’s answer to thriving in everyday life.

2. Secondly, if you love reading, this is right up your alley! I am so keen to share some good books from my shelf. Follow my Goodreads for more.

3. And finally, works-in-progress. As we draw closer to release dates, you’ll see cover reveals and details about upcoming projects. Maybe even a book trailer or two. ;)

now an eBook!

My debut book, Abolish the Label is now available as an eBook, for only 6.99! The paperback is currently being transformed into a new and better version. I hope to have it finished and back on the market sometime next year. In the meantime, enjoy the eBook while you wait.

For those who enjoyed ATL and want to read more, I’ve got news for you. A poetry book is coming out THE SAME DAY as the blog launch! While I can’t say anything quite yet, this book is a testament to the Lord’s faithfulness and strength, even when we struggle.
