Collaboration Guidelines

  • So, I hear you want to collaborate or book me?

    I’d love to!

    Before you begin, click through the slides to see my guidelines regarding your inquiry. :)

  • 1. The Untouchable List

    This is a list containing topics that are untouchable on this website and will not be discussed.

    This includes: PG-13 or explicit content, violence, gore, immorality, abuse, profanity, sexuality, innuendos, trauma, human trafficking, mental illness, drinking, drugs, self-harm, etc.

  • 2. Prior Approval of Topics

    This is a precaution for the safety and well-being of myself and my readers. Collaborators must send me a copy of the work before publishing/posting it. I am open to discussing anything on your heart.

  • 3. Unavailability Regarding In-Person Events

    While this is explained further in the FAQ, I cannot participate in book signings or any speaking event that requires me to commute. This is to protect my identity.

  • 4. Audio-Only Speaking Engagements

    As explained in #3, any engagements other than blog posts must be audio-only. While some podcasts also post to YouTube, this can be done via audio and a thumbnail, rather than video.

  • 5. End On a Positive Note

    Our mission at AMRevere.com is simple: “Encourage with every written work.” So, if a negative topic is mentioned, I prefer you end your post with our hope found in God.

  • 6. Back it Up with Scripture

    Here at the Merahgold, our motto is “God’s answer to thriving in everyday life.” We rely on the Bible, God’s Word. This is primarily a devotional blog. So, any collaboration must include the use of scripture.

    Note: TPT (The Passion Translation) and MSG (The Message) are not permitted.

  • 7. Approval of Quotes or Lyrics

    Quoting works or songs is a wonderful idea! I welcome them! However, they must be approved for the surety of correct doctrine and Christian principles.

    Note: I do not allow secular quotes, artists, or songs. If you believe something is neutral, I’d be happy to discuss it.

  • 8. Make Room for the Lord

    Take time to pray about your work. Invite the Holy Spirit into what you write or discuss, ushering in His presence. Remember, the anointing breaks the yoke! In His presence, there is healing and power.

Blogging 101

Merahgold is primarily a devotional blog. Our motto is: God’s answer to thriving in everyday life. This blog is all about the life application of scripture and clinging to faith in Jesus. New posts are published to the blog on the first Saturday of every third month.

Separate posts will occasionally include Christian Book Reviews. When available, WIPs will be unveiled. This is simply anything regarding upcoming books and projects.

If you choose to swap blog posts with me, collaborate, and wish to post my author logo or information about my books, I will email you media upon request.
